Explainer Video Scripts

Scripts a viewer stays for — timed to the run length, written to be read aloud, structured so a storyboard artist can work straight from the page.

from €950 · per 60–90s script

The problem

Who it's for. Founders and marketing leads launching a product or feature — and, separately, video production companies and animation studios who need a script partner inside their own pipeline.

Most explainer videos don't fail on the animation. They fail on the story. A script that lists features in order instead of building one argument. A script that sounds like a generic AI narrator wrote it, because generic prompts produce generic voice-over. A script timed loosely, so it either runs long and gets cut in the edit or runs short and leaves dead air.

The fix isn't a punchier line here or there. It's structure: one problem, one mechanism, one outcome, in that order, told through a single throughline instead of a features list.

If you're a studio or agency, scripting is often the bottleneck — the thing that holds up the storyboard while everyone waits on a rewrite. We work inside your pipeline: brief in, script out, timed to run length, written to be read aloud, and available fully white-label. No credit required, no client-facing involvement unless you want it.

How this works

  1. 01

    Brief & research

Product, audience, and run length — plus any existing script or deck we’re replacing.

    Story structure

The problem-mechanism-outcome argument, mapped as a beat sheet before a single line of dialogue is written.

  3. 03

    First draft

    A full, timed, VO-ready script.

  4. 04

    Revision rounds

Notes from you — or your director/producer, if this is a white-label engagement — worked in until approved.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Final script + beat sheet, storyboard-ready.

What clients say

“We'd already paid two other writers for this script. Both drafts read like a features list with music behind it. The version that came back structured the story around one mechanism — how the product actually works — and for the first time, people finished watching it.”

Marketing Lead, Workflow-Automation Platform

“We don't need a script partner to be flashy — we need one who hits the run length and writes lines a voice actor can read in one take. This did both, and nobody watching the video would know we didn't write it in-house.”

Frequently asked questions

What run length do you write for?

Most explainer scripts land at 60–90 seconds — the sweet spot for a viewer's attention before they need a reason to keep watching. We'll write to whatever length your format needs; just tell us the target when you brief us.

Do you write for a specific voice-over artist, or a generic delivery?

Either. If you have a VO artist or a reference read already, send it — we'll write to their cadence. If not, we write for a natural, read-aloud pace that works for most professional VO deliveries.

Can you work directly with our animation studio?

Yes — this is a common setup. We can loop your studio in directly for notes and storyboard questions, or route everything through you. Either way works.

Do you deliver a storyboard, or just the script?

Just the script, formatted with a beat sheet a storyboard artist can work from directly. We don't draw storyboards — that's your artist's job, and we write to make it easy for them.

Is white-label work available?

Yes. Production companies and agencies use this service without any client-facing credit — brief in, script out, no attribution required.
