Who we are

What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you provide it directly, through the contact form on this site or by emailing us:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Any project details you choose to share (e.g. product description, links, budget range)

We do not collect payment card data through this site — there is no online checkout. Invoicing and payment details, where applicable, are handled directly by email and bank transfer, not through this website.

Why we collect it

We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry, scope and quote your project, and correspond with you about work you've engaged us for. This is processed on the basis of your consent (submitting the form) and, once a project begins, on the basis of performing our contract with you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are read, how people arrive, and general usage patterns. GA4 does not load, and no analytics cookie is set, until you actively accept analytics cookies through the cookie-consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time from the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for full detail. Where GA4 involves data transfer outside the European Economic Area, Google processes this data under its published data-processing terms and standard contractual clauses.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help run this site or process your enquiry (e.g. our email provider, our hosting provider, Google Analytics once you've consented)
• Where required by law (e.g. a valid request from a Portuguese or EU authority)

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver any project you've commissioned, and meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically no longer than 10 years for invoicing records, per Portuguese tax-record requirements), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal)

Children

This site and its services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
